For every student, the biggest fear is not able to recall what has been studied for exams. It's common to find out, to forget the things we have memorized for our exams. But here , I will be sharing some tips so as too boost your memory to twice the level you have.



Recalling concepts 

For any topic, after you finish reading, try to recall and recollect whatever you have read. If possible try to put it on a paper. It will help you to understand which part is well understood and also which part needs repeated reading.



Revisions

Revision is always important especially if you are preparing for theory exams. It is important to recall all the important points in a topic so as to present it in answersheet. Revising a topic every alternate days helps you to recall it faster and also saves your time in exams.



Preparing notes

Reading a topic always takes time. It surely enhance your knowledge but during exam preparation, it is important to cover all topics in a reasonable time. So it is important to prepare notes. As a result, it takes less time to revise and recall a topic. 



Meditation and Yoga

Studies have proved that people who regularly do meditation have shown to increase their concentration and memory power. Doing Yoga also reduces stress and enhances productivity. It is important to calm down the mind and can be achieved with Meditation and Yoga.





So, these are some tips which will help you boost your memory and increase its capacity. These will help you to perform good in exams. Following these regularly proves to be a good decision to you in future.
